You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to circumvent usage limits, scraping or mirroring search results, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the operators of The Circuit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
When you sign in, we collect your email address and any name you provide. We store your watchlists, saved episodes, alerts, and search usage counts. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Authentication
We use Resend to send magic link sign-in emails. Resend processes your email address only for the purpose of delivering these emails. We do not use passwords, you authenticate via links sent to your email.
Cookies
The Service uses cookies to maintain your authenticated session. These are strictly necessary cookies required for the Service to function. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you would like your account and all associated data deleted, contact us at the email address below.
Third-Party Services
Search results are sourced from Podcast Index, Taddy, Podchaser, and iTunes APIs. No personal data is shared with these services in the process of performing searches.
